Wait, so Toole's argument amounts to: "There is no evidence of JWs notifying the police in our record, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen."

Question:
Is this the actual list produced by watchtower? ie, do we know this is not an interpretation or summary of evidence provided by watchtower, but their very own original document?
If so, Toole out-and-out lied on the witness stand.

hello again.. splash had a pile of scriptural evidence which he uploaded and it was good material.
it established the gb as the fds and used watchtower study articles.........i don't know if he was the only one but the material flew in the face of what those men have been saying.
it proves, using their own material how they indeed think they are the ones with the direct control over millions of lives, because as you know.........they are the direct hot line to god.

I get the impression that they (the RC) may be in uncharted waters here.
Perhaps their appearance of "toothlessness" is due to the fact that they make recommendations and then whatever organization makes an effort to comply.
I get the feeling that they haven't dealt with a group like the witnesses ever before -- a group that will not comply with recommendations, but must be dragged kicking and screaming into reality.
So to write them off as "toothless" is probably not fair. . . .perhaps they appear that way because they've never had to show their "teeth" before!

As thrilled as I am with the RC, I'm a little disappointed this document was never highlighted. . . .
